PHP is running fine. From scratch I want to learn this language and I love the way it goes. I got a good teacher. I am fortunate. He teaches me logic which is very important in any programming language like PHP or C#(and also in Life).
I love Internet, no doubt – it is the most powerful tool, as whenever I wish I can see beautiful ladies I met before…
Life is interesting…
Recently one of my very close friends Arun Sengupta, Associate Editor of Sngbad Pratidin, requested me to build a website for Bhawanipore club Bhawanipore Club in Kolkata. I’m learning ASP.NET out of my passion for Internet technology. I never tried my hand in professional field. But Arunda is someone whom I could not just say “NO”. So a dynamic web application was born. Before I experimented with my site. 12reach and basically thought about getting connected with my ASP.NET friends all over the World. In fact I am in a great dilemma whether I’d dig deep into the web technology professionally or not!
I got involved with journalism as early as I went to my college and started freelancing so it has been nearly 24 years (from my 21 years of age) I’ve been into it. I find it hard to leave this exciting newsy world. There is ample scope of creativity too. But the world of programming has captured my imagination now like Karl Marx or Rabindranath Tagore (there are many more to name) did before. Web development is closely associated with designing and that part is also very interesting.
Any way, I step into the professional web world. I did not want it happen so early, I wanted to learn few more things. But Arunda changed the course as he did 24 years back, when he worked for AAJKAAL and I went to his home in Nabagram for a few tips to work for a newspaper.
I believe unless you are a good person by heart, you can not write something great. If it’s correct, then what about Mr VSN? One of the greatest living writer (as experts say), but as a man – so far I knew, not good enough.
Last night watched a good movie : Public Enemies.
Not from the beginning but I had enjoyed it thoroughly to midnight. Johnny Depp
is as usual great. Very Stylish. I was surprised to see the acting ability of Marion Cotillard
Added later: Cotillard has great expressive eyes. But I like that of “G”, as “G” has bigger grabby, striking eyes.
Ego is the killer. Don’t let it over-bloody-whelm you! Loose ego, super or minor! You are nothing. Remember all the time!
What is the relationship between knowledge and a restless soul? I presumably got a hint about it when I first got attracted to Internet technology, web programming language like php and later ASP.NET.
I was fascinated, over-bloody-whelmed with this magical digital output.
I forgot to write stories. I forgot that there was a design waiting for me to write few words in Bengali.
I jumped from human to machine language.
Every morning I oscillate between my desktop to laptop creating, destroying many applications, testing, building, writing few lines of code, dreaming one day I’ll change the course of Life writing a one-line-code!
Knowledge increasingly makes my soul restless. The urge of creation takes control but overall a typical consumerist expectation of earning more money using my newly developed skill, knowledge engulf me.
I’m drowned. Pulled down to the darkness of ubiquitous process of money making.
But I don’t want to lose this battle to few bucks. I want to love. Let love come, let peace take control, let it flow…
There are so many small organizations in and around work silently for deprived children, mentally challenged and older people.
Today, a small news came from Alipurduar. Children from deprived family collected new dress for their mothers. I was amazed, how a small organization (people even don’t know the name) organized it successfully and people also participated willingly and gave new saree for their mothers.
But who will give some dresses to those children in this festive season?
